Thanks to a partnership between the District and Wyoming School Foundation, the Dan Jones Center for Research and Innovation became a reality during the 2020-2021 school year. This $1.2 million expansion and renovation of the space that was once the media center was entirely privately funded.
This 21st-century learning environment comes complete with a research center, flexible presentation areas, fabrication lab, audio & visual labs, small group break-out and brainstorm areas, and student loft.
The Dan Jones Center for Research and Innovation fosters curiosity, collaboration and critical thinking. In this space, every Wyoming High School student can engage in innovative learning and complete interdisciplinary projects in collaboration with our teachers, our innovation specialist, and our media specialist.
