New Office Administrator

Please join us in welcoming our new Office Administrator, Candace King, to the Wyoming School Foundation!  Candace’s extensive experience includes providing high-level support to team members, managing budgeting, organizing complex calendar and events, and building strong internal and external relationships.  Her own core vision aligns with the Wyoming School Foundation’s support of academic excellence which has a direct impact on the lives of children.  Candace said it best, “I am confident that my strong organizational, event planning, interpersonal, management skills along with my attention to detail and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments will make me a valuable asset to your team.”  Candace is a doctoral candidate in Education, Curriculum, and Instruction, and has over 14 years of experience in Administrative and Project Management roles.  Her most recent role as an Executive Assistant for the Chief Executive Officer of d.e. Foxx & Associates.  She sits on the Board of Directors for the Glad House.  Candace makes Wyoming her home with her 5 daughters, two graduates of Wyoming High School and 3 presently attending the Middle and High Schools. She has lived in Wyoming for 14 years.  We are happy to have her on our team.

With Candace joining the staff at the Wyoming School Foundation, we are sadly saying goodbye to Kristen Holland.  Kristen is taking on an account management role with a private company that we know is very lucky to have her.  Two and a half years ago, Kristen jumped into the position fully, strengthened our back-office operations, cleaned up and managed our databases, and has been instrumental in our fundraising efforts to support our students.  We will miss her greatly.

Please wish Candace and Kristen the very best!
