The immediate goal of merging the Foundation and Alumni Association is to leverage the collective organizational resources to better serve our alumni and engage donors while supporting the priority needs of the Wyoming City Schools.
Day to day administration, engagement, and development will continue to be led by current office staff, President, and Board of Trustees of the new organization. As we mentioned, the details are still being discussed, but at this time the current thinking is that both boards would merge into one board, and there will be an Executive Committee which will include a VP of Alumni Engagement and VP of Development.
Follow along with us over the next several months as we explore the relationship between the WHS Alumni Association and Wyoming School Foundation, our strengths, and why we feel becoming one organization will enhance our ability to engage donors & alumni, serve our schools, and advance our mission.
